– When will I receive my order?
Our average delivery time is 7 business days.
If your order is delayed beyond this, don’t worry — simply contact us and we’ll help resolve it promptly.
– Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Tracking may take up to 2–4 days to update from the time you placed your order. This is completely normal, especially during high volume periods.
– My order says "delivered" but I haven’t received anything?
This happens sometimes — couriers may mark the package as delivered before it actually arrives.

✅ Ask your neighbors or building manager
✅ Wait an extra 48–72 hours — it often shows up shortly after

– Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Once an order has been processed, address changes are not guaranteed. However, reach out to us ASAP and if the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.
